Casale GRANOETABACCO - 2015 - 2016 THE COUNTRY HOUSE A whole stone wall and wooden costruction, developed on two levels: you can acces the first one through the three arch patio and enter the fireplace and old typing machines room. Finely and glamorously furnished with items of an ancient flavour, you will find fluffy, elegant sofa and the tv. You will proceed to the plough room with the old book shelf, tables for your dinner time, parties and breakfast. Further on you will find the bouvette area and lounge room and the kitchen. At the main entrance you will see the wide porch with the vat and the cask and you will get in touch with nature.  From the back, you will also enter the double bedrooms with their delightful comfort, their bathroom, tv, mezzanine and independent air conditioning. At the second floor, through the peperino stairs, you will access a little landing leading to the overlooking terrace and the solarium on the left, to the majestic sitting room on the center and to the corridor where all the five delightful rooms with bathrooms, shower box, satellite tv, mezzazine, air conditioning and free wi fi are situated. LA TABACCAIA It is  a typical, stone wall and wooden  structure from the rural depot built during the agricultural reform. It is richly furnished with typical barrels, sofa and ancient carriages. It is located in front of the overlooking swimming pool, provided with beach chairs where you will have a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills. During your stay, the staff will guarantee the correct function of all the optional and supply the rooms are provided with. The property (around 12.000 sm)  is provided with a wide parking lot, with at least twenty parking spaces.
